These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of NetRelay (the "Software"), an SSH tunneling and proxy client for macOS, and this website. By purchasing a license or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license key to use the Software on Apple computers (macOS). Each license is bound to one machine at a time (via a hardware identifier) and may be transferred to a new machine while the license is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.

2. Trial

A free trial (default 14 days) is available per machine. The trial is provided "as is" and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

3. Payment & Delivery

  • Prices are shown in VND and/or USD and may change at any time. The price at checkout applies to your order.
  • Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g. VNPay, PayPal) or bank transfer. We do not store your full card details.
  • Your license key is delivered electronically to the email address you provide, typically immediately after a successful payment (bank transfers may require manual confirmation).
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. Check your spam folder if you do not receive your key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Software lawfully and not to use it to violate any applicable law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent licensing, security, or anti-piracy measures. We may suspend or revoke a license used in violation of these Terms.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

7. Updates & Availability

We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the Software or this service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or download services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
