30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If NetRelay does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us via the support link in the footer with your order email and license key.
Eligibility
- Request made within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Provide the email used at checkout and the license key.
- We may ask brief questions to help resolve the issue first.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase.
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- License keys that have been shared, resold, or distributed.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider (typically a few business days). Once refunded, the associated license key is deactivated.
